MINIMUM ORDER: No minimum order! For orders totaling $1,000.00 or more, our prices are automatically discounted by 10% with no further discounts. NOTE: Special Sale Items are not eligible for large order or Coupon discounts. Custom orders are always welcome, such as special or exact sizes or thicknesses, but a 50% nonrefundable deposit will be required prior to making the items.
DOMESTIC SALES: Website clients can use Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, or PayPal. For alternate payment methods (such as by mail), please first contact us to arrange it. Wire transfers will incur an additional fee of $20.00, which may change at any time. Maryland buyers must pay state sales tax, or supply us with a valid resale license.
USPS Flat Rate is our default shipping method, but any other USPS, UPS, or FedEx services are available at your request. The shipping for smaller orders is an automatic $9.00, and for heavier shipments we’ll calculate and charge exactly what it costs us with no additional packing or handling fees.
FOREIGN SALES: No foreign sales at this time, but we plan to in the near future.
DOMESTIC REFUNDS AND RETURNS: We completely understand how insecure it can feel ordering something over the internet. If not gleefully satisfied for any reason with what we put in your box, we’ll be happy to do an exchange or refund if you contact us first to arrange a return, and at our cost. Unless the shipment was damaged in transit, items must be in the same quantity and condition as when sent.
GENERAL NOTES: Most orders will be shipped within a day of being placed, but can take longer if items are out of stock, it’s a holiday we care about, or we’re attending a trade show or just goofing off. Don’t wait until you’re totally desperate to restock! If you’ll be needing regular shipments we can arrange periodic deliveries if you supply us with a schedule or a blanket purchase order that fits your needs.
